Celebrating our 110 anniversary this year, Le Cordon Bleu continues to provide the ultimate training in cuisine, pastry and baking, further complemented by our suite of management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. In response to demand by industry leaders, the latest program is our Masters of International Meetings Industry Management. This on-line program is specifically designed for those currently working in the industry.
Through our faculty of Master Chefs and industry professionals who teach at our 30 schools in 15 countries, Le Cordon Bleu is dedicated to preserving and passing on the mastery and appreciation of the culinary arts and its related fields. Our philosophy of achieving excellence through constant practice and refinement remains the same, even as we expand to meet the needs of the culinary and hospitality industries and the goals and dreams of our students.
