Shipping Information
Payments: All charges will be made to credit cards, including state tax, where applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard. We do not offer C.O.D. shipping. Checks are accepted from the trade, made payable to Le Cordon Bleu. Orders will not be processed until checks are received.
Regular Shipping: Shipping of in-stock items normally takes 7-10 business days. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, depending on availability and therefore may arrive separately. Shipping charges are listed for orders shipping within the continental U.S.. The USA Web boutique can only process and ship orders that have shipping addresses within the continental U.S..
Rush Shipping: Please call to inquire about shipping charges and to verify in-stock availability. Rush shipping does not apply to furniture or oversized items. Items over $500 in value must be shipped via UPS. Call 1-888-743-7732 Or Fax 1-800-769-8058 9:00am to 8:00pm Monday - Friday (EST) or by email at info@cordonbleu.edu. Please include the words "Le Cordon Bleu Boutique" in the subject line. Overnight shipping is available if the order is placed before 12:00 noon, Monday - Friday (EST). Packages will arrive the following business day (to a street address only).
Gift Wrap: Most of our items are sent in a gift box with ribbon. For each item to be sent in a signature box, with ribbon and a hand-written note card, please add a charge of $5.00 each, excluding furniture and oversized items. Email info@cordonbleu.edu for this service.

Merchandise Returns for check or credit card refund will be honored with the receipt and only within 14 days of purchase. Unopened wallpaper double rolls are returnable within 10 days with a 25% restocking charge plus shipping fee. Furniture returns are also subject to a 10% restocking fee. Wallpaper borders, single rolls, and cut fabric are not returnable. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Merchandise Returns from the Le Cordon Bleu website with a Gift Receipt may be exchanged for a product on the website for equal or lesser value. Any check returned by a bank for insufficient funds or any other reason will incur a $30.00 service charge.
